Our Store Policy

The following terms and conditions are offered to help ensure any misunderstandings are avoided:

1. Our customers have a right to 100% satisfaction of purchased items to be in 'new' condition and free from manufacturing defects. If you are not happy with your purchased item for any reason, you may return your item for a refund. Note that a refund or credit may not include your return shipping charges and may also bear a 15% re-stocking fee IF: items found not defective, or returned for reasons which we are not responsible.
2. All returns must be authorized by dollclothesewbeautiful.com. Returns that are not authorized may be refused and returned to sender. No returns after 7 days from the day you receive your item.
3. All orders are considered binding only when accepted and acknowledged by dollclothesewbeautiful.com via email to the email address supplied by you after your order. If you do not get an acknowledgement, please contact us to inquire on the status of your order.
4. All orders ship to within the domestic United States, and sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) Mail Service with full 100% insured value coverage. We can accept international customers, BUT you need to contact us with your requirements for an agreed delivered purchase price. Some countries cannot be shipped to for logistical and legal reasons - Sorry!
5. Once you complete a sale through PAYPAL, other following or previous orders CAN NOT BE COMBINED to save on shipping charges. Please understand that this is to protect the integrity of the sale, shipment tracking verifications, and account for payments made. 'Personal Check' or 'Money Order' CAN BE COMBINED to save on shipping charges due to the fact the shipment factors will be based directly from actual USPS shipping charges generated once combined. This combining of orders may not be possible for rush or special orders - Please Ask First!
6. Shipment of purchased items is often just a few days from acceptance of your order, yet if we discover we need extended time to ship, we will ask you if you wish to hold the whole order or accept a backorder of the affected items. We will inform you of any additional shipping charges incurred by 'backordering' your item(s) for orders requested to be 'rushed' or 'split-shipped' AFTER your combined order has been accepted.
7. We prefer PayPal Payment System, but you can pay with a personal check, or money order! Just send us a note on what you wish to order, and we will remit back to you a total purchase price that will include shipping and any applicable tax. A future order form for this is in the works, and we should have it available soon. Personal checks are held for ten (10) days prior to shipment.
